WESTERN charges 2% of your monthly purchases as a member of the group. The first year of membership requires that you provide an irrevocable standby letter of credit or other acceptable guarantee for purchases made to Western. Your combined statement will be sent to you on or about the eighth and payment must be postmarked by the 20th of the month to receive your full discount. Late payments are subject to additional 4% administrative fees every seven days until payment is received.
